Unfortunately, the app keeps missing gift cards which we end up sending manually after receiving an email from the upset customer. I emailed support, and we are waiting for a response. Happy to change my rating when this gets resolved. UPDATE** the developer was happy to offer a custom solution. We haven't tested it yet but hopefully, we will not be missing any gift card orders again!

This app is a no-brainer. Nice interface. Plenty of options. Reasonably priced (not taking a % of sales like others). Alex is always super helpful and replies straight away with any questions. I have zero complaints. If any, I hope they can offer a size upsell for the same product in the near future!

La app te imprime etiquetas y ya está. No añade el número de seguimiento a los pedidos ni los marca como preparados, lo cual es IMPRESCINDIBLE. Yo tengo contrato con MRW y he tenido que buscarme otra app que realice dichas funciones.
