Ahh that is so lovely to hear ❤️ Really glad you found it easy to use and loved the descriptions 🙌
Linda in support was wonderful! I just signed up for this service and had know idea how to use it. Linda helped me get everything set up correctly and the dev team is going to help with the other problems. This has been such a relief :) Love the service!
Easy to use. My only comment is it would be nice if you could update a campaign after you have scheduled it. Otherwise, I enjoy using the app.
It's been easy to install and the help center has a lot of good, clear instructions.
I've only been using for just over a month and love everything so far. I have two suggestions, one allow us to update or change a product without having to redo the whole thing and the other faster turnaround. I do understand my product is handmade, and I love them but that is the one thing customers dislike. Otherwise, my experiences have been great and everyone loves the bags!

Thank you for your great review and your feedback! We're always looking to improve our services and make the experience easier for our users. As for the faster turnaround, we agree with you and this is something we've been working hard on improving. There's always going to be a certain amount of time required to manufacture handmade products on-demand, but this is one area that we focus a lot on improving.
