to be honest, I had become discouraged about reaching out to Recharge Support because my previous experiences hadn't been very helpful. However, working with Juan completely changed that. He went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating incredible patience while explaining every one of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to ensure I fully understood the solutions and best practices. What impressed me the most was his efficiency. He resolved my inquiries quickly while still providing thorough explanations, making the entire experience seamless and genuinely enjoyable.

simple to set up. Mimics the Shopify Discount setup with the added bonus of using customer tags in Segmented lists to target our Legacy Customers. Bruce Chen was also very helpful.
