wonderful support team! So appreciate their help!
Making the Switch to Omnisend Was the Best Decision We recently decided to switch to Omnisend, and as beginners, we’re still learning the ropes — but thankfully, they have an amazing support team! Huge shoutout to Baarath, Hunter, and Mathias — all fantastic people, especially Baarath, who’s been incredibly patient and quick to assist me in building our flow. He replies so fast, understands my questions clearly, and even goes the extra mile by creating Loom videos to guide me step by step. All in all, Omnisend is an excellent platform backed by a truly outstanding support team. They never make you feel lost or alone — they’re available 24/7, ready to help you figure things out and answer every question with care. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for the glowing feedback! We're thrilled to hear the switch to Omnisend has been such a positive experience. Starting something new can be overwhelming, so it means a lot to know our support team has helped make things feel clear, calm, and genuinely supported — exactly what we aim for. We're here 24/7, always ready to guide you step by step whenever you need it. Thanks again for the kind words and for choosing Omnisend!
I absolutely love this app! It has been an incredible tool for us, making everything so much easier and more efficient. The user interface is smooth, and the features are exactly what we need. We use this app to create workflows, not just to sync certain types of orders to our fulfillment center, and it works seamlessly. It has significantly improved our operations and saved us so much time. What truly sets this app apart is the amazing support team. They are always kind, responsive, and ready to assist with any issue we face. A huge shoutout to Axel for going above and beyond to help us whenever we need it. The dedication and professionalism of the support team make a world of difference. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported platform!
