You have to get the growth plan in order for it to work. When you are adding transaction fees the customer gets to delete them. When the customer adds more items the transaction fees do not get updated accordingly.

We hear ya. This sounds like a configuration issue we could have sorted out quickly. The app works on all plans. Reach out if you'd like us to get it dialled in.
It does not work it glitches a lot.
