Probably the best review app with great customer support and affordable pricing. Easy to configure and set up. Recommend!
Updated review: "The company acted quickly and fixed the problem and explained the situation. They now have fixed the issue. Will give another chance. Thank you!" Original review: "I installed the app today, and wanted to get the premium feature right away and paid for that as well, but the app did not let me to choose the premium settings, and kept asking me that I need to pay for the app. What a waste. So I ended up using another service. If your app would have worked from the start, I would have stayed as a paying customer. Now I have paid for the service which I wasn't able to use. Scammers? Do not waste your time with this app, you will find better solutions."

Just started using this app and very impressed. Although there's a small learning curve, specifically to understand how to use sections/columns and how to organize the blocks so the web page will look nice on different screens. The support has a good learning base, tutorials and support seem to be very active. The cost is a fraction of what you need to pay for a web developer to get a similar result.

Marcus! Thank you so much for the kind words. There is a bit of a learning curve; but with good reason! (1) We want the editor to be super powerful, so you can really customize your layouts. Unfortunately, it's not always easy to balance power and usability, we tend to default on the side of power. (2) Some page builders (like Wix or Instapage) let you drag anything anywhere you want and "pull" to resize elements and image. Super easy to use, but this kind of editing (called "absolute positing" can adversely impact SEO and mobile responsiveness). In regard to easier mobile editing, I 100% agree, and we will be making it possible to style elements at the screen size level quite soon. Thanks again for all your support, the kind words, and the kind rating. Reach out anytime :) - Nick (Cofounder, Shogun)
Wow! Really satisfied with the app. Definitely worth the $8/month. Email templates are easy to customize (to customize it 100% you need to know to write/change the code a little, but small learning curve). We're using Shopify PRO plan (which has cart abandoned cart recovery option) but it's very poor: with this app you can customize e-mail templates + set the time frames + you can send multiple emails + you can track the carts so you have a good statistics.
