I also really appreciate the customer service. Customer service has been very helpful, and genuinely willing to listen to feedback and work through different options. The person whol helped me is responsive, proactive, and takes the time to understand the needs, which made the whole process much easier.

I like this app so far. Customer service enabled the removal of the branding very fast. It does miss some features which I think are important, such as a multiple language option but this app is free so you can't really complain.
