This is the second app that we are using from this company. They are beautiful people who extend themselves way beyond the call of duty to help us make our Shopify store an excellent and exceptional experience and to be able to provide quality products and services to our customers. They will do the same for you and your company.

We have decided to delete the negative review that we gave to this app company because he stepped in, accepted responsibility and he has really been providing excellent customer service. We really love this app--thus far--. The developer as developed an excellent ticketing system for responding to the clients but they need to let the clients know that they don't work on the week-ends.

We are removing the negative report that we had given this company. They have contacted us and are working to correct the problem that we had with them. We are excited to work with them because their tool is excellent--we believe one of the best, if not the best SEO tool that is in the Shopify Store... In addition, we know that they will also be giving exceptional and outstanding customer service to all of their clients.

We are glad that many of you have got a response from this company but we have not. We don't normally do this--give a bad review for a company. We usually just walk away if we don't get their responses. But it seems that these last two months, there are more and more of these app companies that have awful customer service but they want you to pay them. We are a nonprofit organization, Everyone here is volunteering their services. Thus, many of us don't have expertise in many areas ... but our heart is in the right place. We are trying out this app and we like the app but we are having problems with it. We contacted the developer.-no response. We are only trying it out but we are still important people. We decided to start sharing our bad experiences with those app companies that are not doing their job since many of you have been letting us know what your experiences are. Whether your company is nonprofit or profit, we are certain that we all have the same goal: just to get our websites up and running. We are certain that each of you are willing to pay for the service but just like us, you want to be treated with dignity and respect and your problems are important to these app developers instead of our money is their most important concern- us just sending them a check every month for them to be paid. Fortunately, we have only had four app developers to treat us so poorly. The rest of the app developers we have worked with have been just fantastic...many of them going over and beyond the call of duty...we are so pleased with them and if you would like to have those app company names, we will share them with you. Really good form. No complaints. We haven't had any problems with it and we have been using it now for about 6 months.

I would give them 100 stars if possible. Being a novice with apps, I know that many days they struggled with what I was saying to them (actually I wasn't certain myself what I was saying). But that didn't deter them. Nope, they stayed with me until they could pull from me exactly what I wanted and like magic that same evening or next day it was done. I just feel blessed to have found them: it was a blessing from God. Fantastic, beautiful company. I would love to have all my apps with them if they had more apps.

A++. This is a fantastic company. They are very kind, helpful and patient. There was a lot that I did not know or understand. They gave me all the time that I needed and explained step by step. They were always quick to respond to my emails--it didn't matter what time of the day that I would contact them ... someone would always respond within a suitable time period. We guarantee you that you will be very happy with this company. There is noting that they will not do for you to make certain that you are successful.
