We are glad that many of you have got a response from this company but we have not. We don't normally do this--give a bad review for a company. We usually just walk away if we don't get their responses. But it seems that these last two months, there are more and more of these app companies that have awful customer service but they want you to pay them. We are a nonprofit organization, Everyone here is volunteering their services. Thus, many of us don't have expertise in many areas ... but our heart is in the right place. We are trying out this app and we like the app but we are having problems with it. We contacted the developer.-no response. We are only trying it out but we are still important people. We decided to start sharing our bad experiences with those app companies that are not doing their job since many of you have been letting us know what your experiences are. Whether your company is nonprofit or profit, we are certain that we all have the same goal: just to get our websites up and running. We are certain that each of you are willing to pay for the service but just like us, you want to be treated with dignity and respect and your problems are important to these app developers instead of our money is their most important concern- us just sending them a check every month for them to be paid. Fortunately, we have only had four app developers to treat us so poorly. The rest of the app developers we have worked with have been just fantastic...many of them going over and beyond the call of duty...we are so pleased with them and if you would like to have those app company names, we will share them with you. You can contact us at voiceopinspiritualjourney@gmail.com

I had a problem with install and Kemi help me and fixed my problem. I was getting errors and he help me solve the problem. I have to wait to get indexed by Google to see how well his app works Many Thanks

Good app for what I needed. Easy to use and a quick response from the developers. Would recommend to friends.

great！I have been looking for seo tools for a long time. I used to manually modify the product myself. Now this tool can save me a lot of time.

Great app. Really good and fast support for this app which is what you need in an SEO app when problems occur.

I just installed this app and I can not wait to see what it brings to my store. But I like how it was easy to set up and I didn't have to do anything begin with.

So far so good. To early to tell if its a 5 star yet. No issues (aka- crashes, screen lock up etc) since I added. Now we will see if it does what it says..for free.

The support team is amazing. They were timely in responding, detailed in their help, and went beyond what I was asking for.

Just installed and so far so good. Will follow up with another more in-depth review after letting it run a while.

So far so good. I would probably give it 5 stars but it forces you to write a review to continue using the app.

Just installed and in the midst of configuration. Seems fairly intuitive. Will follow up with another more in-depth review after letting it run a while.

This app looks amazing, have just installed can't wait to see the results. Looks easy to use and user friendly.

I used this app to help me seo, it's really nice, some functions are great, we love this app, recommend!

i just installed this app. I do not know how it works yet. once i am able to utilize it and check the data, i will be able to report a more specific feedback.

Seemed straightforward to achieve my SEO. But after loading the app, it was a lot of unnecessary fluff. I guess you need to be in the developer's head to figure out what it's suppose to do. And that's a scary thought..... Wanted me too, to write a review after installing the app and not wait until I could figure it out. Now where's that developer to pick his mind? Right, he not there to guide you through all of this. Unless you have $300.... No thanks!! I immediately deleted this app, but not until it states you have to remove the embedded code first. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Already highlighted one area where I can make improvements. Looking forward to exploring the app in more detail but looks great so far.

So far so good. The best SEO tool I have found on Shopify. Waiting to see the results and I will update the review
