I had an issue with a subscription charge going through I did not mean to do and cancelled after 30 mins. Once I raised this issue I revieved an email fixing the issue within 5-10 minutes. The customer service is exceptional and very prompt.
Carlos was very helpful and sorted my issue quickly! Hoang also helped with an issue of mine. Support was fantastic!
