This is a feature we really wanted to have on our eco shopify site to show UGC videos of our products. Had a little trouble in the setup but the customer service was responsive especial Tal helped work though some of the issues. Look forward to getting to know this product and see results.
I had an issue with a subscription charge going through I did not mean to do and cancelled after 30 mins. Once I raised this issue I revieved an email fixing the issue within 5-10 minutes. The customer service is exceptional and very prompt.
The customer service and professionalism is just another level. About the product: I've been looking for a way to showcase videos of our fitness products and the solution Firework provides is incredible. Easy to install, easy to use, and works great. We have worked with Firework for 2 years with great success. Increased conversion rate on multiple site points and increased value from the content we already paid for on other channels, what more could you ask for? Cymbiotika - Our experience with Firework has been great. We use firework for UGC videos on our Product Pages as well as using it for Livestreams when we do product launches. It is reliable and the team is also super responsive. We also recently used the simultaneous livestream feature to go live on Instagram and it was a success. We are excited to continuing working with Firework and all of its features!

I would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10! We were using another UGC video vendor and was called out on their user experience on our site. We switched to Firework and could not be happier. Conversion and engagement has increased tenfold and they have very good support! Could not recommend more!

I recently started using Firework’s shoppable video app to promote my coffee machine retail site. The set-up process was very easy to figure out by myself. The app has been helpful to showcase my products visually and tell the story behind my business. I would definitely recommend it!
