Reliable Gift Wrap App with Excellent Support We've been using this app to offer gift wrapping on our Shopify store, and it's been working very well for us. It’s flexible enough to let customers add gift wrap from multiple touchpoints — which is exactly what we needed. What really stood out, though, was the customer support. The team was proactive during onboarding, helping us get everything set up quickly and smoothly. We also had a specific feature request, and to our surprise, they implemented it in no time. It’s rare to find support this responsive and efficient. Overall, a solid app with the right features — and a support team that genuinely goes the extra mile.
