Brilliant app. Excellent support too. I’m not very ‘techy’ but the team managed to set this up for me quickly and efficiently and I now have an added option for gift wrap on each of my product pages. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

This app mostly fits my needs especially with the several price points, including a free option. Only downside is some of the limitations with trying to setup multiple gifts. We were able to find a reasonable workaround. The developer was very quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to help me achieve my goals and to resolve any issues. very pleased with this App and I would recommend to other shops looking for a straightforward gift solution.
The support team is very helpful. Needed custom edits for my store and they got it done at no extra cost. Would highly recommend over others!

Great add on app, does the job, good customer service
Easy to use and exactly what we needed for gifting and notecard options. PALs customer service is unparalleled--I emailed with a question and had an immediate response. They went above and beyond to help me and with some specific tweaks unique to our website. Great app, great communication, great service. Highly recommend.

The app is easy to set up and customize sufficiently. When I had a request about a minor display issue, I immediately received very friendly help. The gift wrap service is also very well received by our customers; it is definitely an absolute plus in the customer journey!

Please install with caution, as it caused my product images to become misaligned; it took me three days to troubleshoot this. If you notice any image misalignment, please try turning off this application.

There was a brief compatibility issue affecting some stores in early October, and we released a fix for it on October 5. It looks like your installation may have overlapped with that short window, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. Great app. Nice and simple to use and does the job perfectly. Raised a query with the dev team as we could not identify which products within an order required gift wrapping. This was amended right away. We also discovered a glitch that the team immediately fixed for us! Thank you! - 10/10

Absolutely love this app! It lets customers easily add a special gift note while ordering — exactly what I needed for my store. The support team is excellent — I asked for a small customization, and they guided me step-by-step with great patience. Highly recommended!

Reliable Gift Wrap App with Excellent Support We've been using this app to offer gift wrapping on our Shopify store, and it's been working very well for us. The support from the team on Present Pal is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help setup the app and tailor it to your needs.
