Big thank you to Hana on the help desk for EComposer! I love the result of the pages I've built with this app, but it is very very clunky to use, and not intuitive. Worth persevering, but can be massively frustration. Thank you again, Hana!

This is the worst app I have ever come across. DO NOT GO NEAR IT!! Reports show 600 entries for people who have one entry, and hundreds of missing entries. Excuses (if they reply to you) range from server issue to "sorry about that". If I could sue you guys, I absolutely would. You’re right that the experience you described is not acceptable, and we take your feedback seriously. To be transparent, whenever concerns have come up in the past, we’ve always owned them, spent hours digging into your data, validating every entry, and even joined call to walk through your questions in real time. We will do the same now. During the Thanksgiving holiday our support team was on a well-deserved break, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience and delays that caused. It's excellent. Simple to use for basic edits. So happy with it.

So far so good... I have tried Cowlender and Sesami before, but but caused major website glitches. Had this one for a few months now, and so far so good. Support was quick to resolve the cart issue we had. I'm happy.

Only had this for a day, but so far so good! Seems to be working. We had all of our images, copy, products etc copied by scammers (scum of the earth), and need to prevent this from happening in the future. Online support was excellent. Thank you so much - I hope this helps!

I don't know what we would do without this app. It's worth its weight in gold. And Harold's customer service is second to none. Does he ever take a day off? I'm very grateful to you, Harold.

Great app! Mukul couldn't have been more helpful - smooth and easy. Have used Sesami until now, but this is so much better!

Used to work just fine, but now doesn't work on Safari at all (yes - I have the latest version), nor does it work on Chrome. Can't add attachments at all. And no help from developer.

Top notch service! They have helped me whenever I have asked. I wish their awake hours were the same as mine, but I never have to wait too long. Kalys and Azem have been exceptional. Wish all app service was this good!
