Not the best experience. I ran a couple raffles, and the app didn't function properly. The raffles didn't stop automatically (had to stop it manually). Then, when I chose it to pick the winner randomly, it said I had already chosen a winner, so none of the entries/info was available for me to see. I reached out to the developers three times, tried to give them access to fix it, and then they just stopped responding. Very disappointed.

This app does not work. Particpants were allocated the wrong amount of tickets, I contacted support who would not resolve this so I ended up spending 3 hours of my time going through almost 300 partipants and editing all the amounts. Some were allocated either 1000s of extra tickets or just 1 or 2 extra (hard to notice) or were completely missing. It also would not let me add the missing entries. DO NOT use this app. I suspect the positive reviews are from people who did not double check the data for errors. I'll be using a spreadsheet for my raffle prize draw now. A waste of money and time using this app.

So far so good. really like the fact this can integrate with Klaviyo and automate a lot of things. Also needed a little help and customer support helped a step further by providing some assistance for things that were outside of their control. This is the worst app I have ever come across. DO NOT GO NEAR IT!! Reports show 600 entries for people who have one entry, and hundreds of missing entries. Excuses (if they reply to you) range from server issue to "sorry about that". If I could sue you guys, I absolutely would. You’re right that the experience you described is not acceptable, and we take your feedback seriously. To be transparent, whenever concerns have come up in the past, we’ve always owned them, spent hours digging into your data, validating every entry, and even joined call to walk through your questions in real time. We will do the same now. During the Thanksgiving holiday our support team was on a well-deserved break, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience and delays that caused. Not the best for our company, but good if you only run a few giveaways per year and never back-to-back raffles. This app has great features but is also very limited. As soon as we launched our first raffle, the app slowed down MASSIVELY. Like, waiting minutes upon minutes to get the page to load. They can send out emails to your customers automatically, but customization is limited, and many of our customers thought it was a scam. There is no way to schedule another giveaway for the future, you can only schedule one at a time. We run giveaways every month. So essentially, our marketing girl would have to stay up until midnight each month to set up the new one. That's not going to work. Once you end a raffle, you can no longer click into it to see who all entered. Make sure you download the CSV report of entries! And when you're not able to find the CSV like us, it's under the "reports" section. But it never tells you that, it just says "CSV generating." It doesn't automatically download to your computer or email to you. You need to click on "reports." Design and functionality is lacking. Support was quick to help with coding for color customization. I appreciated that. We are moving to a different app that can handle our needs better. This app is definitely good for the price. PineRaffle is a great app, It's very easy to use, setting up raffle was a breeze. I can create different type of raffle based on Order or specific products that I would like promote or help booster my customer email database. They respond promptly with a solution whenever you had a problem.

I emailed them with a problem being my font color of my website is white and the background of the pop up is white, The staff responded very quickly and gave me the correct code to fix them problem. I uploaded the app but then realized the application I needed didn't quite fit the app. They refunded quickly and will use the app in the future for raffles! this app is pretty much junk. in the middle of a giveaway and says pine raffle.com server is down and no customers can sign up! We were experiencing a server outage at the time. This has since been resolved and the app is back up. We apologize for this and have sent you app credits to offset your app charges due to this occurrence.
