I just started using Report Pundit, and it looks very user-friendly. I'm really impressed with customer service. They helped me right away to build a couple of reports. Updated review September 15/2023 - We signed up for the monthly subscription and it's been great. I have the reports I need without upgrading to the next tier with Shopify. Customer service is fabulous!

Does NOT merge the customer. "links" them which does nothing on a search. You still have both customers Doppelganger does have an actual merge functionality, but it might be a bit difficult to find. It's true we do link accounts together. This stems from the time actual merging was not possible with Shopify. This was added later and the previous functionality of linking the accounts was kept for the merchants that use it. Feel free to reach out and we'll be more than happy to show you how the app works.

I used this app to help run some reports for our small school bookstore. The team was so helpful in helping us sync some data for our customers even after we had made some changes. Highly recommend!
