WONT LET ME LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. I was hoping this would be a solution for my customers to be able to edit the invoices we send to them, allowing them to add more products from our store. But this is only to allow customers to edit AFTER they have placed an order. Why would you ever want to give a customer the option to cancel their order without providing a reason why? This seems counterintuitive to running a business.

I did not enjoy that it is complicated until you find out which URL I should import in order to have the comment for my product. Nevertheless the Help Center is very helpful and the respond was very prompt.
