I love the flexibility this app offers our customers, it's really cut down on the customer service burden now that they can cancel themselves! And for those who don't use it, I think it's great for them to know they have the option if they ever need it. Plus, the customer service team from Orderify is great! I needed a little help with getting some data from within the app and they helped me out which was very much appreciated.
Great app and exceptional support! Contacted the team about a specific use case to improve useability and Steve was able to complete a custom integration in a matter of days. Great experience working with a nimble team who cares about their customers.
We are using Orderify across 10 of our websites and it has saved our customer service team a lot of time and effort dealing with requests to cancel orders. Having customers being able to cancel orders on their own with the click of the button is super convenient for both us and them. During the initial set up, we had a few stylistic changes we wanted to make and Dave was able to take care of it quickly for us. From then on, it has been smooth sailing. We are very happy with this app and it’s support team.

Orderify is a great addition to our store! It gives customers more control over their orders, which improves their experience and saves our team time on support. The setup was quick & everything works smoothly out of the box. Definitely worth having.
it needs some coding to be done in terms of Liquid. There is no mention of the same anywhere. its bit complicated and confusing to set it up

Hello - we're so sorry you had a bad experience! We just wanted you to know that we got your customers support ticket, and responded within 90 minutes saying "We would be happy to help - we have requested access to your store to help you get set up. Could you let us know which steps you need the most help with currently?" We never heard back from you, so we don't know if you received our response. We have been trying to reach you a number of times ever since the first ticket - would you be able to please e-mail us back at support@customerfirstfocus.com. We will also do our best to contact you via Shopify as well. There shouldn't be any liquid setup at all now, especially since you have the new customer accounts, for which we support extensions, and we would love to walk you through the whole set up in a video call to show that it takes jus a few clicks without any liquid modification.
Very useful app, that improve your customer support. This app has saved my customers and my support team both time and money.
This app has been an easy and affordable way to offload a lot of customer support related to order cancellations and edits. Dave and team are very responsive to emails and recently rolled out updates for the new Shopify Thank You and Order Status pages. Dave was also very responsive to an issue I discovered regarding the refunding of duties related to Markets Pro orders. One tip to share with my fellow merchants: implement a Flow automation to delay payment capture on new orders so that when customers cancel and create new orders (for edits) you don't lose the Shopify payments fees.
We've been using "Orderify" to help streamline post-purchase changes at stamplab.com.au. It's reduced those 'can I make a change?' emails, which has been a relief. One suggestion would be to update the pop-up designs (early 2000's vibes), but overall, it's been a useful addition to our process and cheap as a coffee.
Just started using it but so far its really good. look foward to offering the editing option to my customers.
I'm very happy with the power it gives customers to make changes to their order. I'm just setting it up, but it's been smooth so far.
WONT LET ME LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. I was hoping this would be a solution for my customers to be able to edit the invoices we send to them, allowing them to add more products from our store. But this is only to allow customers to edit AFTER they have placed an order. Why would you ever want to give a customer the option to cancel their order without providing a reason why? This seems counterintuitive to running a business.
Had been using Orderify, but when I installed a new theme I couldn't get it installed, and their support couldn't help. The app worked great in my old theme (but my new theme presented some installation issues). So I had to look for and install an alternative. In fact, the new app offers more features for the same price.
This really takes a lot of work off my shoulders when my time is stretched as it is! Thanks so much!
I used Orderify in my online Lingerie and Swimwear Store Bombing Bubble. I believe Orderify will provide our customer a better shopping experience.
This company provides a wonderful support. They help to localize for Japanese currency very very quickly. They do listen to the users. We hope their business go better and better.
Really useful app. Prevents many, many support tickets where the customer forgot a discount code, or needs to make some other change to the order. Great value!
I used this app to give customers the opportunity to cancel their orders to shake the order rejection rate. It is very useful!

Brilliant app, it fills the massive gap Shopify has. Order editing/cancellation without getting your support team involved is a game changer!
App allows customers to cancel orders even if you don't allow "cancel" as an option to them. If a customer simply clicks "edit" order, the original order cancels, the customer then has to edit their order as well as go through the entire checkout process again thus allowing them to abandon cart negating the option to not allow customers to cancel orders.
I am very excited about using this app to improve my overall customer experience and engage more effectively with my customers. Thank You for providing this rich functionality. It is working well so far with my side and I like the UI very much.

Seems like a good app so far. Initially was let down by customer support but the owner contacted me and made it right.
Seemed complicated but if you slow down, read and go through it step by step, it's actually quite easy to set up! I love it already!
I installed this app earlier today amidst the recent amount of negative reviews in the past month or so. Went as far as speaking with a Shopify Guru (Ashleigh from New Zealand) about the influx of negative reviews. Her and I did some review searching and couldn't find anything bad, and she also told me that many Shopify Plus members are using this app. ( Can't be all that bad if they're using it - Right?) Been testing for about 4 hours now, and I cannot find any faults or issues with this app. Edit/Cancel from the "Thank You" page works great. The only thing I personally don't like is the Edit/Cancel page URL customers get sent to from either their account page or in email confirmation. The fix..... I just redirect everyone back to the "Thank You" page using this: "a href="{{ order.order_status_url }}" title="Track Your Order" target="_blank">View, Edit or Cancel"/a" (substitute "" for <>) I will obviously keep monitoring the app's ability and change my rating accordingly. These guys had a problem for the last few weeks but have come back to me, fixed it and provided a great service. App back up and running perfectly which is great, as we love this app and there are no other good alternatives out there. Thanks Team!
Don't bother guys. Installed app and was working fine. Then stopped working and have been trying to get a response out of them for over 1 week. Contacted them over 6 times with ZERO response. Don't know how these guys are still in business.
This app was great up until the last three weeks when it stopped working. I've sent 5 emails to their only customer service contact info and have received no response. Shopify has reached out to them on my behalf and still I've heard nothing. Not a word in three weeks. Meanwhile, we're losing business. I'm wondering if this company has gone out of business, as their website isn't loading either...

I got this app for easy customer reordering. It is working well, but one thing I would change about this app is the 'Reorder' button on the account page. Rather than adding the items to your cart and bringing you directly to the cart page, I would prefer it opened up a popup that showed what items were in the order, then having an 'add to cart' button in the popup screen. This would help the customers remember what exactly they ordered without having to go to another page.
Why isn’t this a Shopify standard? Thank you for this easy and necessary app that brings my level of service to the next step.

What we don't like about this app is that so many payment platforms do not integrate with Shopify, for example STRIPE, that we had to disable the automatic refund function and now need to manually refund all orders. However, that is a problem that needs to be fixed first at the Shopify level. And until that happens, this app is a good option for businesses looking to give their customers more control over their orders.
Great experience with Orderify! Highly recommended; wouldn't run our shop without it!

Excellent app that adds valuable time-saving features that are very well thought of. It makes both mine and my customers life much simpler. Reduces friction and makes customers feel more in-charge. It may be counter-intuitive to allow customers to cancel orders so easily but, in the end, it works the other way around. It reassures them that we're not out to get their money.
So far so good! Installed just moments ago... all configured (thanks to the easy to follow instructions) and new features are working great!

This app was pretty easy to install into the order confirmation email. I opted to use the pop up in the customer accounts instead of trying to do the coding myself. I appreciate that they offer that option for us non coders. All around a good app.
We often have customers that want to modify their order or ordered the wrong item, so far this has worked great for us to allow them the flexibility to change or cancel their order. :)
