The app has good potential, but bugs appear too frequently. While customer service takes too long to respond to an email or there is no chat to contact anyone. I have been waiting 4 days to fix a problem with the currency in the Progres Shipping bar... Hey Indigo Luna store! It doesn't appear that you're receiving our support replies by email currently. This app is just great. We were having troubles with Back in Stock emails sent from Klaviyo because we couldn't select just one location from our Shopify. This feature is just an easy step with Restock Rocket. The team help me so much with the styles of the buttons on our website, Importing the list from our old provider, customising the email and guiding me through many other things I was annoying them with.
