Not only does the Order Editing app save us an incredible amount of time in Customer Support Tickets, but it's also increased our Cart Value due to the amazing post-purchase add-on features. The bonus is that the Order Editing Team are possibly the best Support and hands-on Troubleshooting I have experienced from any Shopify App provider.
We have used SyncLogic for almost 6 years now. It has been a huge time-saver for us and solves a really important problem for us, of quickly and seamlessly syncing products across multiple Expansion Stores. We have heard horror stories of other brands using other solutions to sync inventory and product details, and things taking too long to connect, resulting in huge oversells and inventory issues during heavy traffic time periods. We have never had any issues and have a huge amount of trust and respect for the SyncLogic Team and Product. Highly recommend.
