7/23/2025 I continue to have a great experience with Judge-Me Review App. They are innovative in keeping the app fresh with new opportunities to expand review visibility and implementation across store-front. Support is always immediate when needed and they do a great job at recognizing recommendation for your individual store from time to time - quite helpful. 10/22/2025 Judge.Me is the perfect app for reviews and much more, their immediate and prompt attention to questions and support for service needs is top tier. 8/23/2024 I love how Judge.me continues to elevate new features to advance capabilities beneficial for small shops. Effective and Efficient, Easy to Install. 6/24/2024: Soufiane, was absolutely superior in services during chat to assist me with a few issues on importing Etsy reviews into my Shopify store. The quick conversations were he guided, made recommendations and immediately checked problem areas. Also Fatima responded quickly during the morning when I sent a request overnight with questions. JudgeMe always provide toptier service. 2/22/2024: Oualid from Judge.me, promptly fixed an issue that I had with duplicate reviews on the product pages. JudgeMe is a fantastic app; I love that it is built for Shopify; they are leaders in ongoing technology updates to keep the app with the latest improvements, and best of all, they have a feature to immediately alert you when a change has been made with your theme. This is more than helpful. on 1/20 found that reviews were missing from site, JudgeMe was extremely accommodating to resolve and find solution quickly. I wish I had installed this app during the launch of my shop, having a very niche business people are constantly on the go and doing reviews is not at the top of their list. Great app and nice format options. The support from Judge.me is superb! The quick response along with "how to" details to help solve solutions quickly. JudgeMe continues to be a key app for my store; the one thing that I love is when changes are made to the templates, JudgeMe has an automated response to immediately take care of the app installation and updates versus me having to reach out to them as a reminder. Installed the app a few days ago, very easy to set-up and launch. Good preview test option to make sure functionality, look and feel is exactly what I wanted to achieve. Received some subscribers who participated within the first couple of days. So I will continue to observe engagement and success. One feature that seems to be missing is an automatic alert emailed to the store owner identifying spin the wheel winners of key prizes, otherwise it will require taking the time to check the app subscribers on a daily basis to see activity from level of discounts or prizes that have been awarded. I had a grand prize winner who probably was not sure how to retrieve the prize from my shop. Unless the site is sending a message of steps that I am not aware of.

This was a solution suggested by hired support, I was pleased with the outcome, looking forward to continuing to use.
