Customer service is fantastic and very helpful! Honestly, I didn't do much at all. Ron from customer service chat was very responsive and took over the set up for me. He set up my reviews exactly how i wanted them with very little guidance. And he did it so quickly...he was done in 15 minutes. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the app. So easy to install and navigate.
