quick support and setup easily with not much knowledge. went for the WA API and the team help get it setup with ease too. rates are good for smaller biz too

have 2 subscriptions to this excellent 5* app and despite a rough start, things are ok now. great professionalism and attitude from the team. adding great value to all biz owners on shopify.

steer clear. app suddenly destroy the appearance of my landing page making it impossible for customers to browse properly. setting up of upsell is also cumbersome. you can get better ones for the same price you paid. have removed it after using for ~1mth.
