So Far Vitals has helped me with any problem Ive had quickly and efficiently. When it comes to the app I find it really easy to use and manipulate with in the theme that I'm using.
Great app and excellent customer support! I had an issue where a new product wasn't showing up in Product Reviews, and Jed quickly identified the cause and helped me solve it. The Product Reviews feature is very useful and the support was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

We have been using vitals to gather reviews from our customers since quite a few years now. So far so good. It has a very comprehensive interface and when needed, customer support is knowledgeable and helpful.

Vitals' shopping cart application was customized exactly as I wanted. It's a great application and the support is excellent.

Super friendly customer service that answers your questions quickly and really supports you throughout the whole process — I'm very satisfied with Vitals! Most recently, Michael and the dev team helped me migrate all of my size charts to a new multilingual template across six markets — hundreds of charts, including ones based on images. They handled the entire re-import smoothly and kept everything correctly mapped to the right products. Fast, clear, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This is a great app with a ton of upselling and bundling features to offer the greatest value to your customers. There are a ton of things to explore and set up for your store that can lead to more products added to customer carts and overall, we've been very happy using it. However, I have to point out that the app includes a 'Direct revenue assists' charge, which is charged based on how much revenue the app has helped generate for your store. So now, we're being charged an extra $200 PER MONTH for using this app due to our revenue bracket. If you're fine with this, then go right ahead and install.
