Extremely poor platform for professional use—at least in Belgium. Content gets arbitrarily blocked without explanation, severely undermining any serious content strategy. Support is virtually nonexistent; when they do respond, the answers are vague and unhelpful. A deeply frustrating experience from start to finish. If you rely on digital tools for serious outreach, you're better off investing time and energy into Instagram or other more reliable platforms.

Limited Access and Lack of Transparency Despite the platform promoting access to over 20,000 branded products for dropshipping, our experience has been far from what was promised. When connecting via API, only a limited and unappealing subset of the catalog is made available—typically low-interest items such as socks and underwear—while the majority of desirable products remain inaccessible. We reached out to support on two separate occasions for clarification, but unfortunately received no clear or actionable response. This lack of transparency and limited product offering severely undermines the value of the service for a business seeking high-quality, diverse inventory. That said, we must acknowledge that the Guess bags we managed to sell were of impeccable quality, which speaks to the potential of the catalog if more premium products were made accessible. Given these ongoing issues, we are seriously considering ending our collaboration with the platform. To clarify, all branded products are available in the section "available products" in the app , but the number you can import in app depends on your plan (e.g., up to 250 products on your current plan). Judge.me is an excellent app—super easy to use and incredibly useful. The setup is straightforward, even for someone with limited tech skills, and the interface is intuitive. I was able to collect reviews effortlessly, including photos and videos, which really helps build trust with customers. The customization options are great too—you can adjust the look and feel to match your store perfectly. Overall, it’s a reliable and powerful tool that adds a lot of value to any Shopify store

Initial Frustration, But Ultimately Resolved Using the Google & YouTube app was initially an incredibly frustrating experience. My account was repeatedly suspended for supposed policy violations that didn’t exist, and every time I resolved one issue, another seemed to appear out of nowhere. At one point, my site was even flagged as "parked" despite being fully functional. Contacting support felt unhelpful at first, as the only recommendation was to submit yet another re-evaluation. That said, I appreciate that the support team ultimately resolved the problem fairly quickly, and my account is now back to normal. While the experience was rocky, I’m glad things were eventually sorted out.
