The cost-to-service ratio is extremely high. They don't accept returns, shipping costs are excessive, and their new 2026 policy will cost merchants far beyond the subscription fee. This creates significant losses and leaves end customers dissatisfied with the value proposition, ultimately driving them away from completing purchases. I will not be continuing with this service. I'm out to ensure I can keep my customers happy and maintain their satisfaction. There are many superior alternatives to this supplier. Thank you for sharing your feedback. When connecting via API, only a limited and unappealing subset of the catalog is made available—typically low-interest items such as socks and underwear—while the majority of desirable products remain inaccessible. We reached out to support on two separate occasions for clarification, but unfortunately received no clear or actionable response. This lack of transparency and limited product offering severely undermines the value of the service for a business seeking high-quality, diverse inventory. That said, we must acknowledge that the Guess bags we managed to sell were of impeccable quality, which speaks to the potential of the catalog if more premium products were made accessible. Given these ongoing issues, we are seriously considering ending our collaboration with the platform. We appreciate your detailed feedback on our product catalog and app. We're sorry you had trouble accessing the full range of products. To clarify, all branded products are available in the section "available products" in the app , but the number you can import in app depends on your plan (e.g., up to 250 products on your current plan). La mia esperienza con Sync2Fashion è partita bene, ancora prima di iscrivermi avevo richiesto, tramite i canili Telegram e WhatsApp, le informazioni necessarie per aver una panoramica del servizio ed in entrambi i casi li ho avuti. L'iscrizione è stata veloce senza problemi, una cosa che davvero mi è piaciuta, quando importo i prodotti, è quella di dover cliccare solamente una volta per ritrovarmi l'articolo nel mio Store con tutte le descrizione e taglie, quindi molto veloce. Invece una cosa da dover migliorare, secondo me, è la possibilità di avere la schermata, con tutte le azioni che si possono fare, nella lingua scelta. Ora, l'interfaccia non è difficile da usare, ma facendo fatica a capire l'inglese, avendo messo come lingua italiano, ho sempre paura di sbagliare qualcosa. Concludo dicendo che le scorte si aggiornano sempre, sé un capo finisce non dà più la possibilità di far comprare al cliente, così da evitare disguidi. Mi sto trovando molto bene.
