We recently ran into a “Mismatched availability” issue in Google Merchant Center, and honestly, Nirav was fantastic. He quickly identified what was causing the problem and, together with his development team, stepped in to help us resolve it properly through schema markup (structured data). I genuinely can’t express how grateful we are for the speed, clarity, and technical support they provided. It made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, and everything is now running smoothly again.

I am using the Kalles theme, and have to say the EcomRise customer support is second to none. Lina and her team is always helping me out promptly and efficiently.
