I have had a great experience with DSers. It is great for dropshipping and fulfilling orders. Their service is great too, my first time I had Cyril help me, he was ready to help me straight away, he found the solution and even waited for me to fulfil the order to see if it worked. The second time I had Lacey and she was extremely helpful as well, she really looked into the problem I had and found a solution straight away, she also waited for me to fulfil the order to see if it worked. Both their service was incredible and I would highly recommend DSers to anyone interested in dropshipping.

I was having problems processing my orders from DSers to AliExpress, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. Blanca first gave me clear step-by-step instructions so I could understand how to fix the issue myself in the future. Even after following the directions, I still couldn’t get it working. Blanca stepped in and fixed the problem for me in less than a minute! She clearly knows her job extremely well and works quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to receive customer service this good. I'm still learning the process of how DSER connects Shopify to the suppliers from AliExpress. To get more details on how to go about the process, I had great help from their customer support agent, Ryo. He was helpful, patient, detailed about the explanations. The fact I can get things done for free with a customer support wanting to help as much as Ryo did, and then be able to scale for only $19.99 a month, is just awesome! Thank you Ryo!

Excellent support from Ryo. I had a question about a personalized product (custom text) that DSers cannot pass to AliExpress automatically. Ryo answered quickly and explained clearly how to place the order manually on AliExpress and link the order number in DSers. He then patiently answered every follow-up question about the tracking, my customer's phone number, the packaging and the two items from different suppliers. Clear, precise and kind. Thank you!
