I use this countdown every time we run a big sale, never fails! The bar is simple, clean & we can personalize it so easily. Highly recommended.
This app has changed the way we do business. Each sale campaign accrued a lot of abandoned carts because we were unable to offer free shipping with our sales. Not any more!! We are really pleased with our early bird sales so far and we hope to see fewer customer comments about this now that we've added Stackable. I would also like to mention the awesome customer service. Many apps are slow to reply, but these guys are speedy & provide excellent & informative replies. I give them a 9/10 for this app. Waiting on multiple free shipping codes to give a 10 rating.
The app works great but its the customer service that is award winning. I have never worked with a team so responsive with such a can do attitude. If you're not sure I'd say definitely give these guys a go and don't hesitate to reach out for questions, they do good work.

I have finally added my new FAQ page to my website. It's pretty easy to set up and I like that the page can be customized. The only issue I had was the text input. Using the cleanup format still didn't solve the issue and I noticed 2 fonts in my answers which took a lot of time tidying up. Adding links to text doesn't automatically underline them, change color or make them bold so when previewing the answer you need to be aware of this. It would be a useful automatic feature to install. Another feature to add would be video within the answer. Apart from that so far so good!

Hello, Quadrostyle, Thank you for using Help Center services and for your feedback! Regarding text input: the links style is added from shops theme. Some themes have the underline, others - don't. Same for other formating of links. Our support team can help you to add it to your theme. Help Center app has possibility to add videos if the videos can be embedded. I've just installed this app, so far so good. I had questions and Karen answered me immediately, super customer service. Very reassuring. Too soon to see how well it works but I'm crossing my fingers.
