The customer service here is incredible. I had some problems in getting set up because Shopify had changed something on the back end and they fixed the app very quickly and got me going. I wish every app had such attentive support!

Just needed a way to stack percent discounts and free shipping discounts and this did the trick. You can even segment by collection which helps with excluding other products. Happy with functionality. Thank you.

They changed the App all my discounts and heder with it gone leaving the webiste ducked Hi there. We're sorry for the experience you've had here, but we had to sunset some older versions of Stackable at the end of June due to changes on the Shopify platform. We made every effort to communicate this via email and in app over the months leading up to this, and have been more that willing to provide support to help people migrate.

The support we received from Dave was exceptional. He was always available and guided us through the entire process. This app solved a problem that had plagued our business for over a year. We highly recommend this app.

Stackable is the only Shopify app I found that allows you to link discount codes—an incredibly helpful feature we couldn't find anywhere else. I had an issue during install, but Sammy from support responded right away and solved it quickly. Excellent app and even better support!

I had to take a moment and write a wonderful review on the Stackable Discount app. We have had a very hard time finding a solution that worked until we found this app. We recently switched to Shopify 2.0 using the Dawn theme. In the process we had to find a new solution for discounts because we have one app that provides discounts based on loyalty actions and we also provided quantity discounts on our products. It seemed impossible to do both in Shopify as it does not natively support that functionality. But thank goodness we found Stackable Apps and it works perfectly. We now provide the quantity discounts as well as "loyalty discounts" (in the form of coupon codes). This is also much smoother than it was in the previous version of Shopify. The support team was very helpful in getting a few things tweaked and helping us to get it working just like we needed. I highly recommend this app and the support team! I am sure you will be as pleased as we are.

I love this app, does exactly what I want! Auto apply % discounts with the ability to do FREE SHIPPING as well! This app is one of the foundations of our marketing for our site.

If i can i would like to give 10 stars. I have tested so far more as 12 apps. All of them did not work well. Slows down my shop, did crazy things, crashes my theme .... This app is the first app which are fully integrated in my Expanse theme and of course supports fully Online store 2.0. Since 20220321 i am very happy. I tested more as 4 hours in all directions and double-checked all. And it works well with my Currency app from Black Belt. And the look of the features are very profession. Congratulation for this well designed app.

Some of the quickest and best support I have received from any app. Can easily use multiple competing automatic discounts along with manual discounts (If the customer has one), competing to ensure that the customer gets the best price. Additionally works flawlessly with gift cards.. customers can input their gift card code without any issues. Highly recommend this app!

Used this app during Black Friday & Cyber Monday. It was brilliant! Installed it last minute and set up was a breeze. Admin helped me modify something promptly and our sales event ran without a hitch. It was exactly what I needed to run multiple discounts at one time!

This app has changed the way we do business. Each sale campaign accrued a lot of abandoned carts because we were unable to offer free shipping with our sales. Not any more!! We are really pleased with our early bird sales so far and we hope to see fewer customer comments about this now that we've added Stackable. I would also like to mention the awesome customer service. Stackable has a lot of great features that help supplement the shortcomings that normal Shopify Discounts have. I had a few issues getting the app integrated with some custom code that I have on my site and their support was very responsive and helped dig into what was going on to help tweak it to work on my site. Would definitely recommend this app to others.

The stackable discount app is the best app on the Shopify market! It solves a critical limitation of regular shopify plan which limits only one discount code at a time. It literally helps out my company built up a successful VIP program for our loyalty customers. The support team and developers' response are fast, they help us sort out our theme specific issue very quickly. I'm very happy to rank them 5 stars!

It has taken some practice getting used to how this app works, but don't let that fool you, as Stackable is by far the most intuitive and powerful discount app I've used. It even serves well for automatic bundling, should you need that. However, by far the most impressive part of Stackable has been the support team - some of the fastest, most knowledgeable and friendly service I've experienced. I'm excited to continue learning the ins and outs of this app, and experimenting with its many features.

The most fantastic app we could have on our store. I had searched high and low for something like this app--one where we could have tiered discounts, as Shopify does not support discount coupons and automatic discounts. This app is the perfect workaround. There is no other app like it--believe me, I looked! This app solves a huge problem and works wonders. We love it! It has increased our sales so much. But, more than that, the support team is the best. Sammy answers quickly. Even jumped on a call to help me figure out something that needed attention. Top notch! Do your store and your customers a favor, use this app!

I seldom write reviews. To be honest, there are never many apps that deserve my time to bother tapping away wanting to convince others to try it. But this app has earned my time - and I really want other people to try it to see what they are missing out on! If you've ever tried to add 'tier pricing' to your shopify store (buy 2 get 10% off, buy 3 get 15% off etc), you'll soon discover that their is a glaring issue with ALL shopify apps that offer this feature, and that is that in doing so you cannot offer further discount coupons to your customers at the checkout. The reason being that every app that offers tier pricing uses the 'draft orders api', and in doing so goes through to a totally different shopify checkout that does not have a coupon code box! (crazy I know - and I only found this out through numerous chats with Shopify support!) Its been a massive bug bear of mine for years that Shopify does not offer tier pricing 'out of the box', and one that has not been resolved....until now! Enter Stackable. This app is nothing short of genius. It is simplistic in its set up, but allows for complex discounts to be applied in any number of ways. Want tier pricing on some of your products - no problem. Want to also offer a slow selling product with £5 off - again, no problem. You can 'stack' your discounts in the order you want them to be applied, so in the above example, someone can add 3 items to the cart that each have £5 off, and the same product could also have a tier pricing discount of 10% for buying the same 3 items. It would then take £15 off the 3 items, and then apply the 10% off - depending on how you've 'stacked' the discount. The customer can also enter a coupon you have given them (maybe in an email) and this will also be stacked and applied. The support is outstanding, and very responsive (Ive only contacted them for advice, rather than issues) and they have come back to me within the hour. They will even set up your cart page to show the discounts being applied to each line item! If you do nothing else, install the app, have a play around with it, and discover what your store has been missing! All in all one of the very best apps I have had the pleasure to install on Shopify, and one I wont be uninstalling any time soon. Highly recommended - Great work guys!

I needed to run two promotions at once- one an automatic discount and the other a promo code, and be able to prioritize the code so that when entered it would remove the automatic discount and replace it. I had a very hard time finding an app that would do this, and stackable was the only one that seemed to have this functionality. The support person, Gavin, was extremely helpful. He responded to my inquiry right away and helped me set everything up in a hurry.

Great app and great support. Definitely 5 stars. Been looking for something like this to help sales. The automated discounts in Shopify are so limited that you really cannot use them. This solves all the issues and integrates really well. Must use app for all stores.

We have tried many other apps, but there was always ~10% of clients reported that the discounts weren't correctly applied at checkout. In the end we had to refund manually and costed a lot of human power. Stackable team patiently listened to our needs and solved this technical issue together with us! They are awesome! The app is simple to run, has a great user interface and allows you to set up more complex promos which other apps aren't able to do (the big one for us was a tiered spend and save that allowed you to set your own triggers and discount types!) Gavyn from the support team was very helpful in setting up and ironing out any issues - we did have a slight issue with the mobile checkout button not working at first but it was fixed probably within an hour of chatting to support. If you need help setting up the cart integrations/custom code (we did) definitely contact them as they are 10/10. Will be using for any and all future promos!

Excellent customer support, they were able to customize our integration so that the discount showed directly in the cart drawer. Quick customer service and while we ran into a bit of a snag with discounts taking a bit to load during our heavy traffic it still worked terrifically. Highly recommend!

I went through around 10 different apps to offer my black weekend discounts and this one was the only one that worked. I wanted to offer discounts based on the amount a client purchased, this app does that job perfectly and in a great way. Their support team is also really good, they help you with anything you need and reply very quickly. I highly recommend this app.

This app is AMAZING!!! Shopify doesn't allow for an automatic tiered discount like buy 1 get 10% off, buy 2 get 20% off, etc. After trying a lot of different apps, this is the only one I found that worked. The app didn't work right away, because one of the OTHER APPS had left a lot of bad code on our site. The amazing support team at Stackable went out of their way (above and beyond really) to clean up the code on our site. They also checked in during and after the sale to ask how it went. I also love the minimal design elements and the cool pop-up that encourages the customer to keep shopping to save more. I have been looking for an app like this for years! The campaign was a success - looking forward to many more campaigns with this app.

I used this app for a tier discount last week! (Example: spend $250 get $75 off, spend $500 get $175 off, etc.) I initially wanted to just use the Shopify automatic discount option but only one can be active at a time. So I went searching for an app and I couldn't find any other app that would allow the number of tier levels I was wanting to offer besides Stackable. I had a few technical difficulties at first, but Sammy from their customer support team was VERY responsive and resolved all issues PLUS more. Sammy even helped me dig into other website issues outside of the app itself. I definitely recommend this app and their customer support to others!

This app does what no others do that I have found. I have been trying multiple bundle and discount apps for a few months now. Some I don't like because of the way they use variants or draft orders. Some use too much code that interferes with other apps. Some can't reliably handle updating the discount with multiple hits of the back button or update cart button. This one works super well and has a sleek interface that "game-ifies" the shopping experience but not in an obtrusive way. David and his team also have great support and are mindful to leave ones store with clean code. My average order value is WAY up over my other bundle app already (which has been uninstalled).
