We always lost countless hours correcting addresses and following up with customers to get any missing data. Since we installed the app I am happy to report that from all our orders in the last 2 weeks (about 400) only 1! still had an error. And this was because the customer refused the suggestion of the shipping address validator. We went from 20-30% faulty address to 0% address errors overnight! :) I can highly recommend this app for addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. It is also a beautifull combination with iPacky and MyParcel to auto print the corrected shippinglabels automatically in the flow from your order picking without any errors.

Picking a lot of orders with multiple packers made us look for an easy, reliable and most of all, fast way of checking orders before shipping. Of course these unique states were not known by Shopify or iPacky. With 1 support request a new function was added within 48 hours to make iPacky fit perfectly within our existing system. I can recommend this app 100% to anyone in need of managing packers and followup on picking control. Even if you have a unique way of handling orders or do it all on your own, iPacky can be your perfect fit. As an added bonus you also get statistics, showing how many orders need to be done, how long it is estimated to take, average picking time, overall and per packer, ... Deze app maakt ons werk zoveel vlotter. Onze labels vliegen er vlotjes uit en vanaf nu zelfs met PostNL naast bPost :). Onze Nederlandse klanten springen een gat in de lucht ;). Support werkt ook goed, over het algemeen niet nodig. De app is ondertussen een stabiele betrouwbare partner voor onze webshops.
