Just installed Puppet Vendor for both our B2C and B2B store and the value is incredible! It has everything we need in one portal and replaces a lot of manual work we were doing before (endless excel/csv reports, lots of tracking,etc.). Super affordable. Their team (Martin) is extremely helpful. Big props. Big 5 stars. . And I’m not on their team, just a genuinely happy customer.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would!! Tom, the founder of the app, personally built features just for us.. talk about dedication! . It honestly felt like he was part of our own team, making the whole process seamless. This app has saved us a ton on shipping cost! It makes our operations automated and efficient. It's a NO BRAINER for any businesses. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a product and its creator! Good job!!

This app has been a TRUE GAME-CHANGER for us. It greatly simplifies shipping address updates and order adjustments, allowing us to automate key parts of our workflow. We no longer need to manually handle every customer request, especially helpful outside business hours. A must-have for any business looking to improve customer satisfaction while saving time and labor costs through automation!!
