We just opened our Makers Market in Wisconsin and absolutely love the app! We have a group of 20 vendors that were all able to utilize the system and upload their inventory without issue. The way the inventory flows into Shopify was just what we needed. Having the vendor commissions and nearly live updates while they had sales during our opening was a huge motivator for choosing Puppet Vendors over the other applications we tested. We are on the basic plan and the features included were more than enough to get us organized and focus on what really matters - handmade products and being in the community. We run a multi-vendor setup and PuppetVendors has handled it without drama. Vendor onboarding is quick, the payout and commission splits are accurate, and our vendors can see their own orders and earnings without us fielding constant emails. The support team is the standout, quick replies, and they actually fix things instead of sending you a help doc. Easy recommendation if you're managing more than a couple of vendors.

I migrated my digital preset business to Shopify after nine years on WooCommerce, and PuppetVendors handles revenue splits for my 20+ collaborators. That's the part I was most nervous about getting wrong. The app does what it says. But the reason I'm writing this is the support. Every time I asked for something in the chat, they got on it immediately. When they weren't online, I'd come back the next morning and it would already be done. And every single issue they told me they'd fix, they fixed. No chasing, no following up three times, no being handed between people. That's rare, and during a migration where a hundred things are moving at once, it's worth a lot. Commission calculations have been accurate, the payout export gives me exactly what I need to pay people each week, and setup was straightforward. Highly recommend.

Was skeptical at first but thought I would give it a try. Getting onto the platform was fairly easy, the onboarding call helped a lot. We just purchased this store and switched system fast and the Puppet Vendors support team have been AMAZING! They help right away when you need it and when the platform in missing something that you need that start working on it immediately so you can focus on running your business. We recently rolled out Puppet Vendor across both our B2C and B2B stores and it’s been a huge upgrade! Having everything centralized in a single dashboard eliminated a lot of the manual processes we used to juggle with spreadsheets and CSV exports. I even reached out to support with a few improvement ideas after using it, and they shipped the changes within 24–48 hours. That level of responsiveness is honestly rare!! It feels like they actually listen and build with their customers, not just for them.The pricing is more than fair for what it replaces. Support has been fast and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Highly highly recommended!

Just installed Puppet Vendor for both our B2C and B2B store and the value is incredible! It has everything we need in one portal and replaces a lot of manual work we were doing before (endless excel/csv reports, lots of tracking,etc.). Super affordable. WE are new with Puppet Vendors but they have given us great customer service! Any questions that I have, they are quick to respond and help work through any problems (totally created by me) I have encountered.

I have mixed feelings about this app. Whilst ultimately it does what I need, it appears to be buggy and not especially intuitive. My experience with support has been mixed with always excellent speed of response, communication and service from Martin, but rather dismissive from another staff member when requesting help for an ongoing issue which went on for months. This problem should have been very easily fixed but it took a ridiculous amount of messages over a long period of time for anyone to see what the very simple mistake was. New features are being rolled out but in my opinion, the current features could be better. I'd like to try the automatic payments or subscription service but at a higher price tier and doubts about how easy this is to navigate has put me off. I would also like a subscription based on 3 or 6 months and this isnt currently offered so it wouldnt be suitable anyway. Ultimately even though I've spent a lot of time on support, the price is good and it saves me a lot of time organising earnings for my vendors.

I like it a lot. I signed up today, and it already seems to have exactly the multivendor functionality we need for our business. Clean, practical, and easy to get started with.

We're gradually switching our sellers to another app. It's very complicated; we can't understand what changes the sellers have made to the products. Reaching customer service is also quite difficult. This is a marketplace app, but they haven't thought about these details.

We were finding a solution to our multi-vendor consignment business model and after extensive searching, locally and internationally, we found puppet vendor and it was amazing. The functionalities and capabilities regarding multi-vendor solutions given by PV are very exhaustive, ready to be utilize in almost any scenario. But the real value lies in their customer service, both pre and post sale services. They have been very helpful regardless of the issue and most importantly, they listen to the customers' feedback and actually add functionalities on their application just, tailoring to our specific needs (the added functions are also globally and permanently available afterwards). If you are looking for solutions in managing multi-vendor (and) consignment model, this is probably THE one for you! Special shoutout to Mr.Kriang in helping us immensely!

This app has been insanely good for us. The features are great, everything works smoothly, and the thing that absolutely blew me away is the customer support. Great company and service.

I simply cant speak more highly of a company ive ever worked with. Martin an the team at puppetvendors have been an intergral park of our setup, preparation and launch. Without them our systems wouldnt have been able to talk to our dispatch systems properly and after a chat with the team they simply set to work; creating a brand new shipping automation that not only saves us time but in the long run is going to potentialy save us thousands of pounds. The communication from the team kept us updated at every step of the way and remained calm even when i was stressing!! They gave me an extension on my subscription as we hadnt launched at the time of starting with them so we didnt incur any costs prelaunch, which we cannot again thank them enough for. From here on in it on and up with the project. The sky literally is the limit now we have the setup we dreamed of. We still have a few tweaks in the pipeline coming from them too as they never stop trying to make our time with them even better. LITERALLY COULD NOT SPEAK HIGHER OF A TEAM - UPDATE 12/11/26 - I cocked something up big time, went and deleted an essential file required to continue the like PV built for me, reported it to the tem there and they worked tirelessly (i mean this we were still up chatting at 2am his time) to get the issue resolved. It now is. We are back to operating strength and its all because of Martin and the team - literally lifesavers! - BEST MVM ON THE MARKETPLACE BY FAR

I wrote to the team expecting updates to the product, received confirmation that it would happen a week or two later. After a series of follow ups and six months of paying for the app, I received nothing. It was very frustrating. That said, once the Puppet team saw my initial review, they provided me with a full refund and offered to try again within a tight deadline (no longer need the service given we had to come up with an alternative). It was a nice response.

Excellent app as well as SUPERB customer service. Began to get a little frustrated due to pricing and some minor hiccups with set up, but customer service was AWESOME! They were able to work out a fair price schedule as well as help me through set up. I couldn't have picked a better service and I would definitely recommend for certain.

Super helpful! I was able to get all my questions answered and I feel more comfortable with puppet vendors.

I started using this app about four months ago. It has significantly changed my business for the better! Keeping track of consignment goods and vendors was all done manually by me via spreadsheets before. Now it's so simple and efficient. I know who to pay, what amount to pay, who and what has already been paid out, all within a few minutes. My consignors love being able to sign in and see what's still in the shop and what's been sold. I would never choose to go back to using so many spreadsheets and so many hours spent checking and double checking, and still making mistakes! I highly recommend this app for any business with consignment goods.

So far so good! I tried a few other apps similar to Puppet Vendors, but this is the easiest/best by far. Every question I've had has been answered fairly quickly and am looking to grow with them!

Disappointing Experience – Usability Issues While the app has potential, it suffers from fundamental usability issues that make it impractical for us to use for most of our vendors. Key Issues: 1. Commission Assignment Visibility o The app allows assigning commissions by percentage or dollar amount per product, but once assigned, product names are truncated to only the first word. o Example: If selling pet products, items like "Dog Bowl," "Dog Leash," and "Dog Collar" all display only as "Dog," making it impossible to distinguish between them. o The only alternative is using SKUs, but this becomes impractical when dealing with hundreds of variant SKUs. 2. Product Search Flaw (Partially Fixed) o Initially, the search feature displayed every product containing the search term, including inactive products, with no way to filter them out. o If the desired product wasn’t in the first set of results, there was no way to select it. o This issue was eventually addressed but was surprising, given the app has been available for years. Overall Experience: We reported the commission assignment issue early in our trial period, yet a month later, it remains unresolved. Additionally, the last update was on March 4th, meaning no progress has been made since our trial ended. This lack of responsiveness is disappointing, and unless improvements are made, I cannot recommend the app. Update 24/03/25: The issue "1.Commission Assignment Visibility" was fixed Friday 21/03 after leaving this review on the 19/03 so now works as one would expect. Thankyou

Two weeks in and I am impressed with the app. Working with Martin has been easy and helpful. There are some areas I'd like to see work better for my business model but they are all minor. Overall I recommend this app if you're managing a marketplace with your store.

As a consignment store operating on a commission sales basis in a physical space and online, with 100 vendors to manage, we have quite a lot of admin. Tons of admin! Puppet Vendors has just saved me days of admin when I could be doing other work. It's easy to use, with instructional videos and tips. The best thing has been Kriang's online chatbox support. Extremely helpful and friendly. UPDATE - I have been using Puppet Vendors for 4 years now. I can't fault it in any way. It has a ton of features and is constantly evolving. The customer support is second to none. Any questions are answered quickly and accurately. Need a particular feature? Just ask. They have implemented a number of my special requests. I highly recommend this app for anyone with a multivendor or consignment store. Thanks Team!

On the merchant side it is very easy to understand and use, and integrates seamlessly with the main Shopify site. The cherry on top are the amazing people behind it. The price is right to start with and will be quite reasonable as we grow, the built-in features are great, and there's a good deal of possibility for customizing the vendor experience. I'm very happy with this software. I have a startup consignment shop and I am using this to track my customers inventory and the amount I owe each of them. It's an added bonus that they can log in and see what's sold, what items remain in the store, and details on what they're owed. I have around half of consignors sign up to see their online portal.

We've been using Puppet Vendors for a year and it's streamlined a lot of our reporting. Kriang is very open to improvements and updates - and works hard to incorporate constructive feedback to make the app work even better. It's been the best consignment software we've used so far and we are really pleased with it as a shop owner. Our vendors are extremely pleased as well. Update Jan 2025 - things are always improving with this app and they are so kind to listen and try and implement changes. Very grateful for the dedication they have to keeping the software always improving!

If you wan't to have several vendors on your store and have great overview on their commissions this is the perfect app for you. We use this app to pay out the artists on our store.

The support team is very helpful to resolve issues for us. When there is delay in fix, they refunded for the period. Martin is a very helpful making improvement of their app and system. He actively seek customer feedback for product improvement. Definitely recommend it.

Puppet Vendor has been a great transition for our store! Not only is it easy to setup but their customer service team is so helpful when you have questions. Understanding PayPal and Stripe's platforms are the most complicated part of the process but Puppet Vendor's platform makes it easy to integrate and payout our brand partners. We love that the brands can also have real time visibility into orders and inventory that consign with us.

The issue has been resolved. My experience with Puppet Vendor's multi-vendor marketplace service has been mixed. Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved. Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.

Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it. Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL! This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time. FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal. If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.

This app is wonderful for a multi-vendor marketplace like mine. It is super user friendly, and the support staff are quick, friendly and helpful. I wish it was a bit cheaper since I have so many vendors but it is the only app currently available that can handle what I need. I am not very good at technology and reading all of the instructions is like "greek" to me. Martin was so kind and patient. Working with this team has been such a dream in comparison to others. They are quick to respond, help find solutions or bring up suggestions to their dev team to work on adding in. It's super easy to navigate for vendors too if you are wanting to have vendors able to manage their own stock. So many of our artisans have found it quick and easy to learn and I have yet to get any questions regarding navigation from any of them. Sending in suggestions is easy to do, and you can even get a look at what's already being worked on so you know if you even need to submit an idea or if it's already on the way. Even if some features you may want are currently missing, they are most likely on the way and the ease of use and quick help is way more than worth the wait for them. With lots of features that the team is currently working on adding the app is only going to get better and easier to use!

Amazing app! It is exactly what I need to calculate the percentages that I owe my artists. We print art and pay the artists a percentage per painting. This app makes it so simple to calculate the percentages and to calculate the payouts. When I have questions, the support is amazing. I use it a lot to see reports of what sold too. Its super helpful.
