I switched to this slide out cart after endless issues with another app (to give them credit, they tried to help but just weren't able to). This app was set up in under 10 minutes, and when I had an issue, I reached out to support and they fixed in in under 5 mins. Christian D was SUPER helpful and he even explained to me what I did wrong and what the fix was. Friendly, fast and efficient. Love it!

Brian did a great job helping us understand the various badges of Judge.me. He helped us manually mark some reviews as verified after checking the purchase history of the customer. He knows his job well and would love him to help us with understanding and using the various badges to make an impact on our store! The app in general is pretty easy to use! Definitely recommend.

I find the app super easy to use, especially with the latest updates. Their email updates are great to inform you of new features and updates, so you always know whats happening. Additionally, they have great support who work hard to sort out any issues!

This app works great for what we need! We wanted bundles but with individual SKUs in the bundle to go to our fulfillment, and we could easily achieve that with this app. When we ran into an issue with our bundles being combined with subscription products in an order, they were EXTREMELY helpful and attentive and helped me solve my problem from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the customer service. I would say about 4.5 out of 5, only because sometimes the fixes to problems are not obvious and take some time to sort. But again, the customer service was 10/10 and very patient. Great app!
