update: a year or two back i switched away from privy because i was looking for a couple other things at the time, but now am probably going to switch back over and Jose has been nothing but great in helping me figure out some back end things before i make the jump back and to make sure everything is running smoothly on the back end without being an actual customer yet - so that is very much appreciated, sometimes you can't find people that will help like he has! Privy is a great way to capture emails. Totally customizable and easy to gives just what I need for growing my new business. I used Privy for another store I had and it always gave great results even for the free version! Customer service is awesome too, pretty quick to answer and fix any problems!

I am VERY new to SMS marketing so I had a ton of questions getting everything set up to flow for my business and Sandy and Rachel have been SO great at answering all my questions - sending over links and making sure everything was running smoothly - I haven't sent out any texts yet, but just on the customer service alone its a win!

It's quick and easy to use. I love the new version that I don't have to download the labels anymore I had a small issue with switching over to the 2.0 version and Will fixed it super fast. Thank you! So far the customer service has been great, helping and explaining everything gets set up correctly! Excited and hopeful that it will help bring more traffic to my site!

So far I have had a great experience. I've only set it up so far and review emails should start sending out this week with this app! But the team has been great with any questions and helped with customizations for my site :)

Love this app. Great price, easy to use and customizable to go with your store. Never had any issues with this app and does everything it says :)
