I just downloaded the app. But as of now the experience has been positive, the agents have helped me through all of my issues and the platform is responsive.
Very good app. The staff is very helpful and prompt with help if you contact them. App does what it claims to do.
This app is very useful for driving purchases. Especially the customer pop-ups. I have seen a difference with this app on my store.
