This would be a 5 star rating but until they import the vendor name (brand name) from the product. This is a KEY missing bit of information that NEEDS to be included asap. Shopify support was empathetic and submitted a ticket to the Shop App devs, will update this *if* it is ever added...

My customer service experience with this app has been great, Melika was very helpful and understood the issue I was having and provided a resolution quickly. We are currently on the pro plan and have had good success with how reliable this app is and the customizable functions provided. Can't justify upgrading to the next plan up but wish we could export and transfer restock notification information. Perhaps in the future!

Incredibly great customer service, very responsive and provided a lot of help! Soufiane was great. The app itself works great, love that folks can upload photos to their reviews and we have ways to filter through the plethora of reviews that our customers are leaving.

This app has been great so far, especially considering the price compared to some of its competitors. It's integrated well with our reviews system, and the couple times we've needed to contact support they've been quick, polite, and very helpful. Thanks to Hana for all of your help!

We just needed a simple way to add customer account verification to our registration form, and this was it! We have close to 200k customers imported from our old store, and I was afraid that this would put us into a price tier that was too much for the simple feature we were trying to add, but I spoke with their customer support and they assured me that we could still use the lowest tier since we're not using all of the customer management features that this app offers. The sign up forms will still work and we won't get bumped up to a higher tier automatically. Customer support is quick and friendly and easily answered all of my questions. We'll definitely keep this in mind if we do end up wanting to get into some of the more advanced features of this app. We appreciate you!

The app seemed promising but it adds a strikethrough to the "pay in 4 installments" message from shop pay on product pages, and I have had no response from support after repeatedly contacting them. Now that I've uninstalled the app, it seems that the "apply discount" box is still stuck on our product pages. This could have been a great app if we could get support for it. UPDATE: It seems that their responses aren't able to get to my inbox for some reason (I've checked spam and am still getting everything else so I'm not sure what's up). We've gone with another app at this point, but I've added another star to my review for their efforts. Thank you for your review. You contacted our support three times. Each time we replied to you.
