The app works well and the inbox feature is great. My website performance has increased (the last chat app I had took up to many resources) but with Chataway I dont have this issue anymore. All the chats are accessbile in your email inbox so you never miss a chat from your store. The support team is top notch and I am very satisfied with this app.
Easy setup and the app works well, I have not noticed an incresae in loading times or functionality/responsiveness of my website yet. I am on a 7 day trial so pretty new, but so far I am happy with the results. Online response is good from the team!
I have just downloaded it 10 minutes ago and I love how user frienldy the interface is. Changes are easy to make and the design is pretty good as well. Hopefully this will result in more conversions in my store. Thanks
