Love the tools Hextom provides - definitely helping my small shop improve sales.
This app has all the trust and sale boost features in one! Just what we were looking for
I've been using this app for several years, but recently I've been encountering more and more issues. Last Thursday, I emailed them to report two bugs, but it's been five days now and I still haven't received any response or seen the issues fixed. These problems are already affecting the shopping experience on our website and are having an impact on our conversion rate. I have to say that compared with the past, their technical support and customer service have been getting worse and worse. As a long-time customer, I'm really disappointed with this level of response time and support.
The app is really cool and has a lot of feature, simple and easy to setup. If you need some help you can easily contact the developers and they will help you in few minutes! Leonard helped me with a fix, really kind and helpfull :)
great app. love the user interface and the ease of use associated with it. It adds a great deal of authenticity to my store.
nice but need to add more professional trusted badge icons as well as need improve cart option
the cutsomer support is worse, they are not available only for past 4-5 days, wanted to do some changes but no one was there, very inconsistent app and no support at all
The app is causing my price to disappear from my product pages and making me lose sales
Small issue with re-activating the app after a small pause. As with previous contact with Hextom, Angelo on this occasion was extremely helpful and proficient. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending using this company.
Great support, quick and effective help received. Thanks !
Hextom apps are reliable, this Ultimate Sales Boost give you a lot of control for doing ecommerce. Definitely will be using this. We like this app
I used this app on a few different occasions for different sales and it always works as expected, I will keep using it.
just starting and will see what it helps with my online shop.
