The support team is very helpful.
Bitespeed has been a valuable partner in helping us strengthen our WhatsApp marketing and automation. The platform offers a suite of features that streamline customer communication and drive repeat purchases. While we’re quite satisfied with its capabilities, there's definitely room for enhancements. We’ve encountered occasional technical glitches that don’t always get resolved to our expectations, but the team is responsive and always willing to help. With continued improvements, Bitespeed can become an even more powerful tool.
I was glad to know more about Nector. Ayush helped me a lot in understanding the tool. His suggestions to improve the reward system can hopefully be surplus to us.
