It's so cool! And my customers love it! The set up is so easy too and it adds so much value to our website. Sales have been up since we installed it. The conversations our customers have are like with a normal person. I highly recommend the feature!
Works great, team is very responsive in the chat, problems are solved in no time.

Great tool! Had a problem, with the widget though, contacted support via the chat and was helped immediately, when the problem wasn't fixable on the spot, their dev. team fixed it within 24h. Really cool! Thanks!
