App is super easy to set up and get working. Looks really professional unlike some other apps available which have a bit too much going on in my opinion. Robust suite of customisation options included and the support team were quick to help when I needed some extra customisation outside of the default toolset. Zia was great and now the widget looks excellent on our product pages. Really appreciate how easy the whole process has been so far both in the app and in support. Highly recommend!
Worked with Javid on some back-end coding help. He was fast (and kind) and fixed an issue immediately. So far, GREAT app!

I just had a demo call with an associate and she was very helpful and explained how the app works, what the gift bundle can do for my business and how they will serve a need. I'm looking forward to utilizing this app to scale our gift business!

Unjustified charges, extremely expensive. One month you’re paying the minimum, and the next month you get a $400 bill for using just three combinations. It’s not worth it. I uninstalled it after two months of use. It’s a shame because the concept was good, but I’ll look for another app that offers something without these exorbitant charges and without any notification.

Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry for your experience. Your store actually had a great growth month in August (orders roughly quadrupled), and our pricing scales with order volume, so the charges tracked that growth rather than being random. The one thing that did go wrong on our end: the tail end of July's usage and August's usage landed in the same billing window, so it looked like one big $400 hit instead of two normal charges spread across two months. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we're truly sorry this experience fell short. We'd love the opportunity to make things right — we'd gladly refund the August usage charges to turn this around for you. We have used MBC for all of our bundles for a couple of years now without issue. Everything works great and is easy to configure. I build bundles weekly and I am not known for my tech skills...so you know it is user friendly. Support is super-fast and very helpful. Maryna is terrific! Many thanks.

The customer support I received was beyond anything I expected. In an age where most of the time customers get canned responses from bots, this company responded to all of my concerns and walked me through the solution. I just don't expect that anymore. Especially from an online company!

I've been using the app for a number of years. There were some minor issues at the start, but support is excellent at fixing any issues quickly. There's lots of features I'm sure that I'm not using too.

Maryna - very very very patient and lovely helper with a new person using the app, she was lovely throughout and gave picture refs to guide me. i then came back the next day (on her day off) and she spent ages with me to help me configure, troubleshoot, test and make sure it was working, it is basically 10pm in denmark so this girl has been absolutely outstanding and i hope the manager reads this and givers her a pay rise or promotion because she is an absolute gem for the company! what a star she is! a very very very very helpful lady. thank you so so so so much Maryna, David :)
Great tool! Had a problem, with the widget though, contacted support via the chat and was helped immediately, when the problem wasn't fixable on the spot, their dev. team fixed it within 24h. Really cool! Thanks!

Er wordt goed meegedacht en zelfs worden de bundels voor mij gemaakt nadat ik de input heb gegeven. Op die manier weet ik zeker dat alle instellingen goed staan. Nu staat alles klaar en kunnen de bundels bijna live.

Good and easy app to use! Awesome customer support. We only need thast MBC develope a possibility for volume discount for 1 single product:) Update - february2023, Glad to see that the team respond on our comments, the Volume discount for 1 single product is now Live! Easy to use!!Thanks! Again the customer support respond positive an fast, on our request of changing language in the widget, one hour and anyting was as rquested! Thank! Die App hat alle Funktionen für die Bundle-Erstellung. Funktioniert in unserem Shop schon ziemlich lange problemlos. Ein einziger Fehler - vermutlich aufgrund eines Updates - wurde vom Support an einem Sonntag Vormittag binnen Minuten gefixed.

I have to say, that I was sceptical about this app, but things have changed... the support team is exceptional... its like having a personal assistant specifically for this app. I highly recommend using it and if there is any issues with it they will sort it out immediatly.

Great experience with MBC Bundle so far. The support team is quick to respond and clearly knows the product inside out. The app offers a lot of flexibility and makes it easy to build and adjust bundle logic without limitations. A solid, well-designed solution that’s easy to work with day to day.

Quick n efficient response. I was struggling to add customs css however they did it what exactly what i wanted in just 5 mins. and is a free version i am using still they prioritize my request. great work

Zia was fantastic to work with. Super responsive, clear, and patient throughout the entire process. He quickly identified that the AI-powered bundles were causing the issue, explained why it was happening, and walked me through the exact steps to fix it. He also gave a great recommendation on setting up tiered discounts using a variety pack bundle so I could offer 10% off for two items and 15% off for three items, which was exactly what I needed. Clear explanations, no confusion, and very solution-oriented support. Really appreciate the help, highly recommend!

This app have AI feature now so, most of the work AI can do it and it's easy to use. Customer support was nice, I talked to Val today. He solved my problem in seconds.

I tried to find an app to support our Shopify store with a comprehensive package/bundle builder but after perhaps 10 different apps I was getting really frustrated because none was getting even closer to what we needed. Then I found MBC and suddenly it was like discovering America again. This app is so well designed and gives all the options we need. It's a perfect tool to make our store shine and deliver to our customers what they need and how we want it. Futhermore, at some point, we needed to make some further mods to the app's widget. The dev team acted promptly and optimised it exactly how was required. You do not see that every day with the app developers. 100% recommend MBC!

We have been using it for a few years now. Bundle promos are much more complicated than you realise and often constrained by Shopify rules. MBC are a fantastic team, super responsive and supportive and first out of the traps when new Shopify functionality is released.

Do you want immediate results from an app? Like to see your conversion go up a ton? Enjoy when you see customers buying more on the same amount of orders? Then this app is perfect for you. It integrates super easy and their staff are super quick to help you build out your perfect bundler. (Secret hack ask about their mini builder as well. For some reason they do not have that setup natively. It will make it so the person can pick their own items from a set number of items) Val is the man and he continues to crush it. Shout out to Val.

update 16/10/2025 - so sad to say this - After a long period of using this app, one of its main advantages was the ability to post directly to Facebook and Google — a feature that made it unique and especially useful. However, since the latest update, this option has been removed, and the app has lost its added value. Now, it’s no different from many free apps that do exactly the same thing. It’s a real shame, as there was a great opportunity to maintain a significant advantage over competitors. Great application that answers all your bundle needs in one (Best IMO) Easy to work and undrestand Easy to create and edit Tons of functions and options and most important work with all Sales channels (include Google & YouTube + Facebook & Instagram) Super fast and professional support with personal approach update from 07.2025 - amazing and great have no words to describe how good the supprot - had some small issues with the app and Maryna fixed this for me in minutes for my satisfaction Recommend to everyone best app on the market !
