The Paw Haven

I had an amazing experience working with Lisa from Smile.io. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. She not only helped me understand the platform clearly but also walked me through the setup step by step with genuine care and professionalism. Her support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly outstanding service — Lisa is a wonderful representative of Smile.io!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Paul on two separate occasions, and both experiences were fantastic. Paul took the time to walk me through the process step by step, helping me understand how to find products and add them to my online store. His guidance was clear, patient, and spot on. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was just being “sold a package and forgotten.” Instead, Paul made it feel like a true partnership where I was supported and heard every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication are rare, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Thank you, Paul, for making the process smooth and showing genuine care, TopDawg is lucky to have you on their team! Thank you, The Paw Haven, for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that Paul made both sessions smooth and genuinely helpful—from finding the right products to adding them to your store step by step.
