Brake Free Technologies

I will prompt this review by saying that we have tried a lot of shipping protection services over the years. There was something that bugged us about every other service like this. Our goal has always been to find a solution that is a true value add for our customers (without hassle) and saves us shipping nightmare headaches. SaveBy truly has been a life saver for us. We love the customer support we receive through our slack channel. Our customers are happy, and that is the most important thing to us. Claim process is super simple for our customers. And we have plenty of support from the SaveBy team if anything comes up. Our CS team loves working with SaveBy. Their CEO is a great person. Everything always gets handled promptly. You don't loose money. What else are you looking for? Thank you so much!!! It means the world that we are your the final choice and forever home for shipping protection for Brake Free. We are here to help any time you need us, day and night! It's been a pleasure to work with y'all and we're excited to continue working with your team - Will

Great app, great service as well from their team. Integration was easy and smooth. We migrated our reviews from our previous apps without an issue. The look and feel of the app on the site is top notch, with several customization options to match our branding. I love Okendo's site UI, everything is easy to understand and use. We've tried several top review app options and have been with Okendo for over a year and aren't looking to switch any time soon. Hope my review helps you make your decision.

Best review app I've seen! Kind of pricy but you get what you pay for. Great UI, really easy to use. And IT WORKS! It works so well that in the 3 days since I've installed it, we received 40+ glowing reviews. Highly recommend this app!

ReferralCandy has amazing support. I had some questions and Dwight Salagsag went above and beyond to make sure I get the answers I need. He even jumped on a google hangout call with me to walk me through and show me exactly how to use the app and answer my questions in detail. Super happy with ReferralCandy and Dwight!
