They will ask you to review the app before you've ha a chance to try it! It may be a terrific app, but giving me a time limit for submitting a review to get free access seems like a gimmick.

Hi, I believe there is some confusion as the app and all it's features are free already.
The app is very easy to use and does exactly what we need it to!
User Beware! You would think that Shopify would understand the wants and needs of their store owners and the behavior of customers. In this instance at least, they have failed miserably! There is no functionality to this app except for having subscriptions that customers never want to change. All of the niceties to assist your customers or even analyse your subscriptions are gone. At this point I don't see how we can keep this app.

The app is great and the customer service is stellar! I have never had a question or request that they don't address promptly with amazing results! We have been using HelpfulCrowd's review app on our current store, www.shopify.net, and wouldn't consider any other review app for our new store soon to be launched, www.prebiotinprebiotics.myshopify.com.
