The Seal customer service has been great. We had a recommendation for something that would help our business and within a month the developers had it created and solved our problem. We've been using the app for over 2 years and have had a great experience.

Usage is great, but UX is a little oldschool

Sadly it's not very good. It's just cheap. It's hard for customers to find their profile to make changes, their arent great options to create upcomin subscription emails or features to understand why your customer has unsubscribed

I am not good at using Shopify/Setting up my website and this app made it SO easy for me to set up a monthly subscription. 10/10 recommend.

So far this service has been everything I've needed to keep our subscriptions going. I was loosing subscribers annually, and this service has set things up seamlessly with my Shopify store.

Fuck Ay, good app

This subscription app has been such a great addition to my Shopify store! The setup was incredibly easy, and I love that it gives my customers the option to subscribe and save without making the shopping experience complicated. The app is clean, user-friendly, and does exactly what I need it to do. It’s also been a great way to encourage repeat orders while giving my customers an added incentive to stay stocked up on their favorites. I especially appreciate how seamless the integration with Shopify is. Everything feels professional and on-brand, and I didn’t have to spend hours trying to figure things out. Definitely recommend this app to any Shopify store owner looking for a simple, effective subscription solution!

Great Subscriptions App! Found the set-up quite straightforward but what really impressed me was their Support Center! I had an issue with my coding (no fault of Seal) yet their support agent (Peter) stepped in to help and take me through how I would rectify it!

First time using this app and so far all has been good and had my first subscriptions through without issue. Fairly straightforward to set up and help is on hand if you need it. I am looking forward to moving forward with this app.

Great app! We've been using it for a while and have had no issues. I recommend allowing customers to be automatically charged the full price of an item if they cancel their subscription before completing the minimum required number of shipments. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5. I understand they wouldn't allow a customer to self-serve to cancel or modify a subscription before completing the minimum number of shipments; however, this is a drawback because customers always like to be in control of their subscriptions.

I have created so much recurring revenue thanks to Seal! It gives my customers an easy way to subscribe and I am so thankful about that!

Easy setup and widget does not make my page look cluttered

The app is straightforward to set up, works reliably with Shopify, and gives us the flexibility we need to manage recurring orders without making things complicated for our customers. Managing, pausing and adjusting subscriptions is simple from both the customer and admin side. The support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Overall, Seal Subscriptions has been a reliable and cost-effective subscription solution for our store. Definitely recommended for Shopify merchants looking to add subscriptions without unnecessary complexity or cost.

Really impressed with Seal Subscriptions so far. The app has been straightforward to set up, easy to configure and gives us plenty of flexibility for managing our subscription offering. We also reached out to their support team during setup and Henry was incredibly helpful, responsive and had everything sorted for us very quickly. It’s refreshing to deal with support that actually makes the process easy. Great app, excellent support and a very smooth experience overall. Highly recommended.

the plan for upgrade is too expensive, the ahead plan is $89.99, but if I want to get more subscription , I need to pay $199. Too expensive!
