Thank you for your review. We love working with your team. - Zach
Shipmonk has been a big step up from our previous 3PL partner, and a lot of that has to do with our happiness Engineer, Austin P. His attentiveness and knowledge surrounding Shipmonk software and protocol has been a huge asset. In the rare scenario where he doesn't know the answer to our question, he is quick to find it. Highly recommend working with Austin.

Thank you for writing in to tell us about your experience with ShipMonk. It is our pleasure and privilege to be your 3PL partner, and we're so glad that your services with us and interactions with our support team have been amazing. We've shared your feedback with Austin P, and the entire support team. Please let us know if there is ever anything else we can do to set your business up for success.
