The customer support is very helpful. It was a good experience working with them. The filtering app is attractive and user-friendly, and the dev team was happy to customize the design to match my site's color scheme. It definitely makes my store look more professional. The only downside was that it was not possible to separate variants on the Collections Page, so when you sort by price all the variants are bunched together which means that they are not in the correctly sorted price order.

I have been very satisfied with PriceMole. Their customer service is quick and helpful, and they have been willing to answer all my questions and provide a service that is unique to my Shopify store. Plus, their app works well in scraping websites for prices. Overall, I am happy to have found and work with them.

Really awesome customer service! I wanted something on the app to be customized, and didn't actually expect it to be possible, but the support person on the chat made the customizations in a matter of minutes. I was really impressed!
