Incredibly Flexible and Backed by A+ Support! We were searching for an app that could handle our store's complex, formula-based pricing, and Live Product Options has exceeded our expectations. The Price Formula Extension, in particular, is a game-changer. It's powerful enough to let us build a completely custom price calculator that meets our exact business needs. What truly sets this app apart is the quality of the customer support. We ran into a very specific integration challenge and reached out for help. Michael from the development team responded incredibly quickly with a perfect solution, providing a clean API to solve our problem. It is rare to find a developer team this responsive, helpful, and technically proficient. If you need a robust product options solution and want the peace of mind of having a great team behind it, this is the app for you. 10/10!

The app is easy to set up and does the job beautifully! Unfortunately some of my blog posts were written outside the article container and TOC is not working there. The support team is super helpful and helped me to understand the issue and provided a solution. At the end I will have to reorganize my blog posts to make TOC work. I appreciate the team taking time to help me to understand the issue and provided a solution. Thank you! Thank you so much for your kind words and honest feedback! We're really glad you found the app easy to set up and that it's working well for most of your blog posts. It's true — for the TOC to work consistently, content needs to be within the correct container, and we appreciate your understanding and willingness to reorganize your posts to make that happen. It was a pleasure assisting you, and we're always here if you need more help in the future. Thanks again for choosing Easy Table of Contents! The Bestdecoders Team

I have tried other Chatbot app (also powered by ChatGPT 4) for some time. Was not very happy about the old chatbot app, so I decided to switch to HeiChat. Good thing about HeiChat is that they have 3-day free trial. Therefore, I can tried to play around. The setup is easy. I was also quite happy about the way HeiChat is presented in the website. I've just used this app for less than 2 weeks, but quite satisfied with the answers and tones the chatbot provided. Support Dave is very helpful too. I will continue to use this app, and recommend to anyone who is seeking for AI-powered bot.
