Wir sind mit der App wirklich sehr zufrieden. Anfangs ist sie zwar etwas knifflig und man braucht ein wenig Zeit, bis man alle Funktionen versteht und weiß, wie alles zusammenhängt. Update: I have spent a lot of time finally listing all my personalizable jewelry. I now have a pretty good understanding of how to properly list. But I still ran into anomalies, which is no longer an issue at all. There is now an AI agent that can literally go in and fix my issues, test the results, and completely remove any stress with figuring out all the fields! The AI agent was the best addition to this app! Great to hear that our new Al agent has been useful for managing your configurations! Our team invested a lot to make it work across the full setup. Great app - so many customisation options.

We have been using this app for several years. It is robust, lean, and very stable. The front end presents cleanly, allowing users an intuitive experience. I would highly recommend it as a clean solution for allowing your customers to select and purchase your product options and customizations.

We've been using Live Product Options for a while and it is a game-changer for our personalisation business. While we're looking to grow this sector of our online channel, we can see how valuable it is for customers to preview their designs before it goes to production. I've started using the AI assistant more heavily and the Claude MCP feature to take it to the next level. Schneller kompetenter Support. Ich habe zwar noch ein Problem, das bei kleinen Winkelmaßen die Rotation immer wieder auf O Grad zurück springt, und daher bei Schmuck keine exate Positionierung möglich ist. Mein Anliegen habe ich bereits in die Features Liste gemeldet und hoffe das es bald in ein Update kommt.

Sehr gute App wenn mehr Optionen notwendig sind. Leider gibt es Probleme mit dem Preis, wenn man die gesamte Auswahl über die App anlegt z.B. Option 1, Option 2 usw...dann wird auf der Website im Shop als Produktpreis 0€ angezeigt. Hier müsste noch etwas geändert werden. Danke für das Feedback. Bezüglich dem Preis; wir empfehlen, direkt auf dem Shopify Produkt einen Basispreis zu setzen, es können weiterhin alle Optionen in der App definiert werden, die App hat eine Einstellung, um nur die differenz für den finalen Preis zu berechnen. Unter Einstellungen > Theme Einstellungen > "Deduct variant price from options price" Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir gerne via den Support Button in der App zur Verfügung.

Great app and outstanding tech support. I tried several apps to add a long list of product options to some of my products, but most were either difficult to use or didn’t provide the flexibility we needed. This app was easy to set up and allows pricing to automatically adjust based on the options selected. The tech support has been excellent. Very responsive with clear communication. They even helped complete the installation by accessing the Shopify backend and updating our theme. Highly recommended.

We recently decided to switch to Live Product Options because of its ability to utilize shared assets and apply changes across multiple option sets. As our catalog grows, this flexibility will allow us to make updates and enhancements quickly without having to rebuild configurations over and over. The team behind the app has also been extremely accommodating. Whenever we’ve had questions or asked about specific functionality, they’ve been transparent about what can and cannot be implemented and why, which we really appreciate. Michael in particular has been very helpful. A few times when we escalated issues, he stepped in and helped resolve them quickly. Overall, we’re very happy with both the app and the level of support we’ve received.

Tanmay went above and beyond to help me out set up the personalization options. he was so patient and cooeprative when I had a couple of issues and he kept working with me on it until everything got fixed.

This app is very reliable. It calculates the option price automatically. And also the support team is incredibly great. I could set up easily with their help. -addition- The support staff was very friendly and quick to respond. My issue was resolved quickly.

I really wanted this app, so bad as a matter of fact I reinstalled my theme, twice, talked to customer service, begged customer service, Here is the error, installed 3 times on a fresh Dawn stream, after first live use. Customer Service is condescending, dismissive, and useless. Great app though. The Content Security Policy (CSP) prevents the evaluation of arbitrary strings as JavaScript to make it more difficult for an attacker to inject unathorized code on your site. To solve this issue, avoid using eval(), new Function(), setTimeout([string], ...) and setInterval([string], ...) for evaluating strings. If you absolutely must: you can enable string evaluation by adding unsafe-eval as an allowed source in a script-src directive. Fantastic app - the only one offering what we needed and the support is exceptional.

This plugin is really terrible. The pricing is always wrong and fails to display the correct amounts. I reported this to the customer service, but they just said they couldn't reproduce the issue. This has forced me to issue constant refunds to my customers, who have accused me of being unprofessional. It’s absolutely awful, and I have no choice but to switch to another app.

Initially, we were very happy with the app and the support provided. However, as our usage scaled to around 500 interactions per month, a couple of issues emerged (noted below) , and the initial support experience for the latest issues was a little underwhelming. That said, support did come through in the end. - Occasionally, customer preview images wouldn’t attach to the order. We were told this may occur if the customer's device doesn’t have enough memory to generate the preview image before adding it to the cart. The app builders preferred the app to still be able to add the product to the cart without the preview versus the add to cart not working at all. Whilst understandable (and preferable to the cart failing), it can add time to the process of creating the product with the customer selections when previews are missing. This is not so much an shortcoming with the app, but rather just something to be aware of when using the app (which we were not at the time). - In another case, customer form selections were completely missing from an order, despite validation rules being in place. Support initially responded that they couldn’t replicate the issue and were therefore unable to help, which was frustrating. After posting our review, support re-engaged promptly. They investigated further, requested collaborator access, and identified that the issue stemmed from a setup error on our side. One part was resolved directly by support, and they provided documentation to help us resolve the second part. This was appreciated. That said, while the issues were caused by incorrect initial setup (by us), it would have been more helpful if the initial support response had included possible causes like configuration issues - especially given the symptoms described. A more thoughtful support process from the start would have avoided much frustration. Updated nov 2025: Just thought we would add a limitation we recently discovered. If a customer adds a product to the cart that has used LPO (live product options), and then does not checkout, then if they subsequently do complete checkout by clicking on an “abandoned cart email” automatically sent by your store, then all the options the customer selected will be erased and the customer can check out with a blank product. App support advised “Shopify does not allow third-party option data or app data to be injected into the default Abandoned Checkout Email. That email is controlled by Shopify, and the content is locked down for security and deliverability reasons.” We were not aware of this limitation. The only workaround appears to be stop your abandoned cart flow (email), or don’t use the app. In summary: The app is great and does what is says on the can. When support is proactive, they’re excellent. We’ve revised our rating to 4 stars to reflect both the initial frustration and the strong recovery by the support team. As always, happy to (and will) review this score going forward.

An incomprehensible app. I worked on it for 10 days to figure out how to set up a customization, but understanding Aramaic is easier. I've been working on product configurators for various CMSs for 15 years, and I've never seen a more confusing and needlessly complicated configurator in my life. There are video tutorials where you can't understand anything about what you're supposed to do, there's no prerequisite for what to do, a diagram, steps, nothing. Everything is left to chance.
